. . . according to my inventory list, I should have another box with approximately 10 copies somewhere in the house, but I can't seem to find them at the moment.  If and when I am able to find the remaining copies, I'll update this site to let everyone know, but until then, just assume they are no longer available.  (Also, to answer a question I sometimes get, I won't be doing any further reprints.)  Thank you to everyone who has ordered copies in the past and I hope you've enjoyed my work!
