This version of the classic quilt pattern known as the Star of Bethlehem, is painted in the colors of International Harvester and attached to a barn built in 1908 by a Mr. Nebel.  The owners have another quilt in the same pattern on a pole shed just down the road, but done in different colors.  They chose this pattern simply because it appealed to them.
